How long does my order take?
Every piece is made to order. Most orders are printed and dispatched within 3–7 business days, then travel with tracked Australia-wide shipping.
Can I choose my colours?
Yes! Most pieces can be made in your choice of colours — pick them on the product page, or leave a note in the cart if you'd like a special combination.
How do personalised orders work?
Add your name or text, choose your colours or upload your logo or photos on the product page. We check every detail before printing and will contact you if anything needs a tweak.
Do you make branded merch for businesses?
We do. Lip can openers, lash wand holders, sample containers and salon essentials can be made with your logo and colours — order a single piece or kits of 20, 50 and 100. For bigger runs or custom shapes, request a bulk quote and we'll reply within 24 hours.
What file should I send for my logo?
PNG, SVG, PDF or AI files work best. We send a digital proof to approve before anything is printed.
What are the pieces made of?
Most pieces are 3D printed in quality PLA. Kitchen and confectionery tools are printed in PETG. Care instructions are listed on each product.
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I pay later?
Pay later options are shown at checkout when they're available for your order.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised and made-to-order pieces can't be returned for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch and we'll make it right — see our refund policy for details.
